Abstract
[Abstract]: In the computer engineering sector, we must encourage the adoption of healthy habits due to the serious problem of high sedentary lifestyles and associated work risks. For instance, the Unión General de Trabajadores (UGT) of Andalucía, Spain, highlights that a significant portion of the computer sector experiences daily back and visual pathologies from spending numerous hours sitting in an office and staring at a screen. Moreover, Occupational Risk Prevention warns that psychosocial risks, such as stress, are increasing year after year in the computer field. The objective of this Final Degree Project is to create a web application for project management using the agile SCRUM methodology. This website, as a visual tool, will be oriented towards computer projects, aiming to improve the organization of team members and find solutions to break away from the typical sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle. It will be the responsibility of the team leader and Scrum Master to seek ways to improve and promote healthy practices within the team. Projects will be divided into user stories, which in turn will be broken down into tasks. User stories will be grouped into sprints. To ensure effective use, an intuitive and easy-to-use user interface will be developed. This interface will allow for the management of sprints, user stories, and project tasks.
