Abstract
[Resumen:] Desde hace años se ha establecido una serie de pautas jurisprudenciales, que podrían
calificarse de requisitos, para que, empresas relacionadas entre sí, puedan calificarse como grupo de
empresas a los fines de extender las responsabilidades laborales de una a otra. El punto destacable en
este ámbito es que, con el tiempo, dichos requisitos se han ido adaptando a la realidad y actualizando,
dándole protagonismo a unos sobre otros. Además, dichas exigencias son más tenues en el caso de
empresas familiares, por los vínculos arraigados entre las integrantes del grupo.
[Abstract]: For years has been established a number of jurisprudential guidelines, which could be described as requirements, so that companies, to qualify as “group of companies” for the purpose of extending the responsibilities of one to the others. The remarkable point in this area is that, over time, these requirements have been adapting to the reality and updating, giving prominence to one over the other. In addition, these requirements are fainter in the case of family-owned businesses, by the ties rooted among the members of the Group.
