Proyecto de rehabilitación y reforma de una vivienda unifamiliar en el lugar de Sandamías nº 23, Pravia (Asturias)

Abstract

[Resumen]: El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo la redacción del Proyecto de Fin de Grado de la Escuela Universitaria de Arquitectura Técnica de la Universidad de A Coruña, dirigido por el profesor D. Carlos José Mantiñán Campos, perteneciente al Departamento de Expresión Gráfica Arquitectónica. Este proyecto contempla la rehabilitación y reforma de una vivienda unifamiliar situada en el Nº23 del pueblo de Sandamías, Pravia, Asturias, en esta intervención se intentará mantener en la medida de lo posible la configuración arquitectónica original de la vivienda, se modificará la distribución de espacios interiores y se realizarán las actuaciones necesarias para garantizar el cumplimiento de las exigencias establecidas en el Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE), y del resto de normativa vigente aplicable en el momento de redacción del proyecto. La documentación se organiza conforme a lo dispuesto en el Anejo I de la Parte I del Código Técnico de la Edificación: I. MEMORIA -- II. PLANOS -- III. PLIEGO DE CONDICIONES -- IV. y V. MEDICIONES Y PRESUPUESTO.[Abstract]: The purpose of this project is to draft the Final Degree Project of the Technical Architecture School at the University of A Coruña, supervised by Professor Mr.Carlos José Mantiñán Campos, belonging to the Department of Architectural Graphic Expression. This project involves the rehabilitation and renovation of a single-family home located at No. 23, Sandamias, Pravia, Asturias. This intervention tries to preserve, as much as possible, the original architectural configuration of the house. The layout of the interior spaces will be modified, and the necessary actions will be carried out to ensure compliance with the requirements established in the Technical Building Code (CTE), as well as with all other applicable regulations in force at the time the project is drafted. The documentation is organized according to the provisions set out in Annex I, Part I of the Technical Building Code, and includes: I. REPORT -- II. BLUEPRINTS -- III. SPECIFICATIONS -- IV. and V.
