El derecho al agua en la legislación española

Abstract

[Resumen] Este estudio contiene una reflexión sobre el significado actual del derecho al agua, que tiene en cuenta la evolución de la legislación española histórica y vigente, tanto la específica de aguas como la de régimen local, la sanitaria y la urbanística. Se incluye, además, una referencia a la recepción del derecho al agua en los nuevos Estatutos de Autonomía y a la doctrina del Tribunal Constitucional.[Abstract] This study contains a reflection on the meaning of the right to the water, from the Spanish legislation of waters, local, health and urban development.
