Abstract

[Abstract]: This paper aims to present the various contributions to the Special Issue of the Journal of Multivariate Analysis on Functional Data Analysis and some related topics including High-Dimensional Statistics and Multivariate Analysis of complex data. The presentation is made by emphasizing on how the contributions are behaving among recent trends in the fields, in such a way that this paper can also be viewed as a selected bibliographical discussion about recent advances in these topics.
