Abstract

[Resumen] El objeto de este trabajo consiste en analizar el C175 sobre el trabajo a tiempo parcial su aplicación actual y tendencias de futuro de esta modalidad de trabajo. Se analiza, como señala el Convenio, la importancia que para la economía de los países tiene este tipo de trabajo. Y, la necesidad de asegurar la protección de los trabajadores a tiempo parcial, en el acceso al empleo, en las condiciones de trabajo y en la seguridad social. Se desarrolla bajo una perspectiva comparada, teniendo en cuenta la sostenibilidad y la innovación tecnológica por la que están pasando los países miembros de la OIT. Para determinar finalmente, señalando si el Convenio ayuda o no en la mejora de las condiciones de trabajo de los trabajadores a tiempo parcial.

[Abstract] The purpose of this work is to analyse the C175 on part-time work, its current application and future holdings of this work modality. It is analysed, as stated in the Convention, the importance that this type of work has for the economy of the countries. And, the need ensure protection for part-time workers, in access to employment, working conditions and social security. It is developed from a comparative perspective, taking into account the sustainability and technological innovation that the ILO member countries are going through. To finally determine, indicating whether the Agreement helps or not in improving the working conditions of part-time workers.
