A modalidade procesual de impugnación de sancións na nova Lei reguladora da xurisdición social

Abstract

[Resumo] Esta concreta modalidade procesual, que xa regulaba a Lei de procedemento laboral (LPL), foi modificada pola Lei reguladora da xurisdición social (LXS). Así, o proceso de impugnación de sancións continúa regulado nos arts. 114 e 115 da LXS. O primeiro deles mantén a redacción primixenia da LPL; o segundo, en cambio, contén moitas e importantes novidades.

[Abstract] This legal process, already regulated by the Labour Procedure Act, has been amended by the Social Jurisdiction Regulatory Act (SJRA). The process of impugnation of sanctions is still regulated in articles 114 and 115 of the SJRA. The first of them keeps the original editorial of the Labour Procedure Act; the second, on the other hand, contains many and important novelties.
