[Resumen] El elemento intencional es fundamental a la hora de determinar si se ha producido
el delito de iniuria, por lo que -después de referirnos al concepto de culpa- analizamos
el animus iniuriandi imprescindible en el autor de la injuria, resaltando el dolo
necesario para que estemos ante un ilícito condenable.
[Abstract] The intentional element is basic to stablish if iniuria offence has taken place, so that -after referring to the concept of negligence- we analyse the animus iniuriandi essential in the autorship of injury, emphasizing the dolus necessary to conclude that we are before a condemned illicit.
