Abstract
[Resumen]: El objetivo de este trabajo es el desarrollo de una aplicación web la cual permita al Aquarium Finisterrae de A Coruña llevar a cabo la gestión veterinaria de las especies. Fundamentalmente, se le permitirá a los usuarios de la aplicación añadir notas clínicas, tratamientos y demás informes médicos asociados a las especies. Del mismo modo, se le permitirá gestionar el inventario de los diferentes medicamentos disponibles. Se ha utilizado PostgreSQL para la persistencia de los datos, Java con el framework Spring para el backend, JavaScript con el framework React para el desarrollo del frontend y Docker para el despliegue de la aplicación. Finalmente, se ha utilizado Scrum como metodología ágil durante el desarrollo, estableciendo Sprints de 15 días.
[Abstract]: The objective of this project is the development of a web application that allows the Aquarium Finisterrae in A Coruña to manage veterinary tasks related to species. Primarily, the application will enable users to include clinical notes, treatments, and other medical reports associated with different species. It will also allow managing the inventory of available medications. PostgreSQL was used in order to persist data, Java with Spring framework for the backend, JavaScript with the React framework for frontend development, and Docker for application deployment. Finally, Scrum was used as an agile methodology throughout the development process, establishing 15-day Sprints.
