Abstract
[Resumo] Este estudo trata de comparar a Lei xeral da Seguridade Social española coa Lei de bases portuguesa, indicando os parecidos entre ambas, fixando a base, en termos xurídicos, como sinónimo e como punto de partida. En relación con este termo existe un claro parecido entre a Lei de bases portuguesa 4/2007 e nosa vixente Lei xeral de 1994.
