Abstract
[Abstract] The development of renewable marine energies, and mainly offshore wind farms, is generating a very new permanent occupation of spaces and seabeds, a source of conflicts of use, particularly for fishermen. Maritime spatial planning is necessary. The installation of these wind turbines has a greater impact on the marine environment than their operation. Floating wind turbines have a special status, close to ships, but distinct. These technological innovations lead to a new approach to ocean law.
