Un intento de acercamiento a las ideas jurídicas de Álvaro Cunqueiro

Abstract

[Resumen] Con esta contribución al “Centenario de Cunqueiro” intento acometer el análisis de la obra narrativa del gran escritor mindoniense, partiendo de una perspectiva singular y, por ende original: me propongo efectuar un examen en profundidad de la bibliografía cunqueirana que va a poner de manifiesto un campo totalmente inédito de su obra y, no por ello, menos sobresaliente que los tan prolijamente tratados por los estudiosos. Me refiero a la constante presencia de instituciones histórico-jurídicas en los millares de páginas que salieron de su próvida pluma

[Abstract] With this contribution to “Cunqueiro’s Centenary” I try attack the analysis of the narrative work of the great writer mindonieus, departing from a singular perspective and, in consequence, original: me propose to effect and examination in depth of your bibliographie that is going to reveal a totally unpublished field of his work and, not for it, less excellent tan so with prolixity treated by the experts. I say to the constant presence of historical-juridical institutions in the thousands of pages that they went out his bounteous pen.
