Proyecto de rehabilitación de vivienda unifamiliar en el lugar de Cimadevila nº5, Campo Lameiro (Pontevedra)

Abstract

[Resumen]: El presente proyecto se redacta como Trabajo de Fin de Grado, del Grado en Arquitectura Técnica, titulación de la Escuela Universitaria de Arquitectura Técnica de la Universidad de la Coruña, dirigido por los profesores D. Francisco Javier López Rivadulla y Dª. Patricia Alonso Alonso pertenecientes al Departamento de Construcciones y Estructuras Arquitectónicas, Civiles y Aeronáuticas. Se llevará a cabo un proyecto de rehabilitación del conjunto de construcciones presentes en la parcela situada en el lugar de Cimadevila nº 5, parroquia de Couso, ayuntamiento de Campo Lameiro de la provincia de Pontevedra. El conjunto consta de una vivienda unifamiliar tradicional de tipología tradicional gallega. En el proyecto se intentará en la mayor medida posible mantener la tipología de la edificación existente, así como, su configuración arquitectónica, pero llevando a cabo las modificaciones necesarias para cumplir las exigencias establecidas el Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE), las Normas del Hábitat de Galicia o cualquiera otra normativa de aplicación. [Abstract]: The present project is written as an objective of the End of Degree Work, of the Degree in Technical Architecture, a qualification of the University of La Coruña, directed by the professors Mr. Francisco Javier López Rivadulla and Mrs. Patricia Alonso Alonso belonging to the Department of Architectural, Civil and Aeronautical Constructions and Structures. A refurbishment project will be carried out on the set of buildings present on the plot located at Cimadevila Nº 5, parish of Couso, municipality of Campo Lameiro in the province of Pontevedra. The set consists of a traditional single-family house of traditional Galician typology. The project will try to maintain the typology of the existing building, as well as its architectural configuration as much as possible, but carrying out the necessary modifications to fulfil the requirements established by the Technical Building Code (CTE), the Habitat Standards of Galician or any other applicable regulations.
