Abstract
[Resumen]: El objetivo principal de este proyecto es ofrecer una experiencia interactiva en Realidad Virtual (RV) que permita recorrer una vivienda sobre la que se propone una reforma destinada a mejorar su accesibilidad. El sistema permite comprobar, de manera visual e inmersiva, las mejoras alcanzadas tras la intervención, con la posibilidad de conmutar fácilmente, dentro de la propia interfaz de RV, entre el estado original y el reformado de la vivienda. El levantamiento tridimensional de la vivienda se realiza de forma semi-automática a partir de los planos originales, tanto en su versión anterior como posterior a la reforma. Para ello, se emplean tecnologías como AutoCAD para el diseño de planos, Blender para el modelado 3D y Unity para la integración en un entorno de RV.
[Abstract]: The main goal of this project is to provide an interactive experience in Realidad Virtual (RV), allowing users to explore a dwelling that has undergone a proposed renovation aimed at improving accessibility. The system enables users to visually and immersively evaluate the improvements achieved, with the option to switch seamlessly, within the RV interface, between the pre- and post-renovation states of the house. The 3D reconstruction of the dwelling is carried out semi-automatically based on its architectural plans, both before and after the renovation. The process involves the use of technologies such as AutoCAD for drafting, Blender for 3D modeling, and Unity for integration into the RV environment.
