Ferramenta de apoio á dirección e realización de traballos fin de grao/mestrado

Abstract

[Resumen]: En este trabajo de fin de grado, el objetivo principal de la aplicación desarrollada es el manejo de las diferentes fases que forman parte de los TFG mediante un tablero Kanban. Este tablero proporcionará la facilidad de visión del estado actual del proyecto, así como el estado de cada tarea y el siguiente paso que se dará en el desarrollo. La aplicación gestionará el ciclo de vida de los TFG, desde su creación por parte de un tutor hasta su calificación por el mismo. Entre ambos hitos, tanto tutores como alumnos, tendrán funcionalidades como la planificación de reuniones, intercambio de documentos con su almacenamiento interno en la App así como la creación automática de flujos. El sistema se compone de un servicio REST, un cliente WEB, un SGBD relacional, el cual almacena la información, y una integración con las aplicaciones externas Outlook y GitLab. Este proyecto se gestionó siguiendo una metodología iterativa e incremental basada en buenas prácticas de SCRUM para el desarrollo del producto.[Abstract]: In this final degree project, the main objective of the developed application is the management of the different phases that are part of the TFG through a Kanban board. This board will provide the facility to view the current status of the project, as well as the status of each task and the next step to be taken in the development. The application will manage the life cycle of the TFG, from its creation by a tutor to its grading by the tutor. Between both milestones, both tutors and students will have functionalities such as meeting planning, document exchange with their internal storage in the App as well as the automatic creation of flows. The system is composed of a REST service, a WEB client, a relational DBMS, which stores the information, and an integration with the external applications Outlook and GitLab. This project was managed following an iterative and incremental methodology based on good practices of SCRUM for the development of the product.
