Integración de la metodología BIM en la certificación energética

Abstract

[Resumen] El trabajo fin de máster trata sobre la integración del estudio energético de un edificio modelado a través de la metodología BIM con las herramientas oficiales de certificación, aprovechando la interoperabilidad para no tener que realizar dos veces el modelado, uno en una herramienta BIM y de nuevo en HULC. También se compararán los resultados obtenidos en las herramientas de simulación energética con los de las herramientas oficiales para ver las diferencias. En primer lugar, se expondrá cómo dotar con la información necesaria para el cálculo según la normativa española a los modelos BIM. A continuación, se mostrará el proceso para exportar en IFC los modelos, indicando las opciones correctas para hacerlo además de estudiar las distintas herramientas disponibles y ver cómo se comportan en el estado actual. Por último se estudiarán y compararán los resultados obtenidos en todas las herramientas.[Abstract] This Master’s Thesis deals with the integration of energy certification with official certification tools in building modeled through the BIM methodology, taking advantage of interoperability. Thanks to interoperability it is not necessary to perform the modeling twice, once in a BIM tool and again in HULC. The results obtained in the energy simulation tools will also be compared with those of the official tools to see the differences. First of all, we will explain how to provide the necessary information for the calculation according to the Spanish regulations in BIM models. Next, process for exporting the models to IFC will be described, indicating the correct options to do so as well as studying the different available tools and see how they behave currently. Finally, the results obtained in all the tools will be studied and compared.
