[Resumen] El reciente documento de la OCDE sobre el balance de los últimos veinte años de reforma administrativa permite evaluar el sentido y alcance de los principales documentos de reforma en los países desarrollados desde los postulados del pensamiento abierto, plural, dinámico y complementario.
[Abstract] The study recently published by the OECD on the result of the administrative reforms undertaken in the past twenty years enables the reader to evaluate the sense and scope of the principal reform documents produced by developed nations and based on the postulates of a thought that is open, plural, dynamic and complementary.
