El intendente José Pedrajas y sus relaciones con el concejo coruñés (1727-1734)

Abstract

[Resumen]: El trabajo analiza la actividad llevada a cabo en Galicia por el intendente José Pedrajas en su segunda etapa al frente de la institución, centrándose en las relaciones mantenidas con el ayuntamiento coruñés, que también presidía como corregidor de la ciudad, y en los conflictos competenciales que existieron con otras instituciones de gobierno con las que convivió en el viejo reino de Galicia[Abstract]: The research analyzes the activity carried out in Galicia by the Intendente José Pedrajas during his second term as head of the institution, focusing, on the one hand, on the relations maintained with the town council of A Coruña, which he also chaired as corregidor of the city, and, on the other hand, on competence conflicts that occurred with other government institutions with which he lived in the old kingdom of Galicia.
