Reseña histórica sobre la minoría de edad penal

Abstract

[Resumen] El presente trabajo constituye una reseña sobre la minoría de edad penal, manifestando la trayectoria jurídica de que ha sido objeto en las diversas legislaciones desde el derecho histórico al actual. La delimitación de una edad a partir de la cual el sujeto deviene responsable por la comisión del acto delictivo ha constituido, y constituye, un problema de difícil resolución, como prueba la ingente legislación que ab antiquo ha venido preocupándose del tema.[Abstract] This project is a report on the responsibility of the people who is under age; here I will try to express the evolution of how has it been legislated since the first moment that we come across to this institution, to the present day. The fact of saying an age from which a person becomes responsible for committing a criminal act has constituted, and it still goes on doing, a problem difficult to solve. As proof of this fact, we can have a look to the huge amount of legislation which, ab antiquo, has been dedicated to resolve it.
