[Resumen] Este artículo trata de clarificar el concepto de la cesión ilegal de trabajadores y su distinción de las legítimas contratas, que es la figura a través de la que más frecuentemente se intenta disimular. Todo ello a la luz de la más reciente doctrina jurisprudencial.[Abstract] This article is of clarifying the concept of the unlawful loaning of workers and its distinction of legitimate contracts, which is the figure used most often for trying to conceal it. All of this in the light of the most recent jurisprudential doctrine.
