Abstract
[Abstract] Without Maritime Transport, half of the world’s population would die of hunger… and the other half, from cold. The COVID-19 pandemic has put, among others, the maritime transport sector in check along with its respective countries. There has been unanimity on this point: maritime transport must not be stopped no matter the COVID-19 levels. During this period of normalization, the U. N. along with worldwide organizations specialized in global distribution, has taken great effort in regulating risk management on board.
