Análisis estructural de la zona "Cerro de los Miradores" Sierra Norte de Sevilla, Ossa Morena

[Resumen] En la zona objeto de este estudio aflora una serie detrítica (Capas de Tambor, SIMON, 1951), en la cual no existe ningún nivel gu1a que permita describir la. Cartografía y geometría de los pliegues presentes. No obstante, la observación de importantes cambios en las direcciones de estratificaci6n, así como la existencia de algunos pliegues menores, lleva a sospechar la presencia de más de una fase de deformación. En este trabajo se ha intentado determinar las posibles fases de deformación y la geometría de los pliegues, a partir únicamente de los datos de estratificación visibles en el campo. Para que el estudio resultase lo más objetivo posible, uno de los autores ha realizado el análisis de los datos, sacando unas conclusiones que posteriormente el otro autor ha intentado confirmar en el campo y encuadrar, en su caso, en la geología regional"

[Abstract] In the questioned zone of this study, out-crops a detritic sequence (Tambor Levels, SIMON, 1951) in Which we can't find any guide level which permit describe the cartography and geometry of the existent folds. Nevertheless, the observation of important changes in the directions of the stratification, in the same manner the existence of sorne shaller folds, make us suspect the existence of more than one deformation phase. In this study we have tried to determinate the possib1e deformation phases and geometry of the fold.s ,with on1y the data of visible stratification in the country. In order to make the study more objective as possible, one of the authors has performed the analysis of data so that he has made sorne conclusions that the other author has tried lastly to confirm in the country and fit them, in his case, to the regional geology.
