Abstract
disuelven tensiones o revelan conflictos subyacentes.
[Abstract] The discourse on silences highlights their power both in
psychotherapy and daily life. It describes how these
moments of stillness can be revealing, serving as
mirrors that reflect the mazes of the mind. Additionally,
it explores everyday situations, from awkward dinners
to work meetings, where silences act as magicians that
dissolve tensions or reveal underlying conflicts. The
importance of accepting and savoring silences is
emphasized, encouraging the ability to listen to them in
others and acknowledging that they don't always
require immediate answers. In summary, it advocates
for embracing silences as an integral part of life's
symphony.
