Extractivismo reproductivo en tiempos de ideología queer. Deconstruyendo las falacias socio - constructivistas

Abstract

[Resumen] Constructivismo social, subjetivismo discursivo y relativismo cultural constituyen los grandes pilares ideológicos sobre los cuales gravita hoy la legitimación del mercado sexo-reproductivo. Este tipo de discursivismo posmoderno entiende a la persona humana como un haz de identificaciones imaginarias, razón por la cual la titularidad de sus derechos fundamentales es desplazada a los deseos y fantasías profundamente sentidos por algunos. Los microrelatos posmodernos y las performances queer apelan a la desbiologización de los destinos (trans)humanos y a la superación de los estereotipos de género a fin de habilitar el comercio reproductivo conforme con los géneros sentidos por cada cual. El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en deconstruir las principales falacias instaladas por la ideología queer para normalizar el extractivismo reproductivo de los empobrecidos, pero fértiles úteros globales.

[Abstract] Social constructivism, discursive subjectivism, and cultural relativism constitutes the key ideological pillars on which the legitimation of the sex - reproductive market gravitates today. Such a postmodern discursivism understand s the human person as a bundle of imaginary identifications, and that is why the holder of fundamental rights is displaced to the desires and antasies deeply felt by some. Postmodern micro - stories and queer performances resort to the debiologization of (t rans)human destinies and to the overcoming of gender stereotypes in order to enable reproductive trade in accordance with the genders felt by each one. This article aims at deconstructing the main fallacies installed by queer ideology to normalize the repr oductive extractivism from the impoverished but fertile global wombs.
