Uma leitura prospectiva sobre os Congressos de Educação Ambiental dos Países Lusófonos e Galícia

Abstract

[Resumo] O presente artigo tem por base a apresentação realizada pelo autor na mesa redonda voltada a promover diálogos sobre os Congressos de Educação Ambiental dos Países Lusófonos e Galícia, realizada durante as II Xornadas Internacionais de Educación Ambiental do Centro de ExtensiónUniversitaria e Divulgación Ambiental de Galicia-CEIDA, em abril de 2018, no Castelo de Santa Cruz de Liáns, Oleiros, A Coruña. Partindo de uma leitura analítica do conjunto de Congressos e dos processos dialógicos de articulação dos eventos e de busca pelo fortalecimento da educação ambiental (EA) realizada nos oito países de língua portuguesa (Angola, Brasil, Cabo Verde, Guiné Bissau, Moçambique, Portugal, São Tomé e Príncipe, Timor Leste) e na Comunidade Autônoma da Galícia/Espanha, busca alinhavar argumentos que justifiquem a formulação e implantação de políticas públicas sintonizadas e que propiciem sinergia na realização da missão de todo processo educador e ambientalista – a melhoria das condições existenciais para humanos e não humanos desta e das futuras gerações. Busca centralmente apresentar uma compreensão prospectiva do potencial da EA luso-galaica para o enfrentamento do atual estado de degradação socioambiental e humano presente em todo o Planeta, ressaltando a importância de uma comunidade lingüística presente em quatro continentes e com fortes laços culturais, dar exemplosde cooperação na diversidade para uma humanidade cindida. Unir ativistas e intelectuais do campo socioambiental, de diversos contextos locais, nacionais e internacionais, em processos de cooperação e de rebeldia em relação às fontes da degradação, objetivando fortalecer movimentos em defesa da vida e da solidariedade por meio do agir e pensar localmente e globalmente e do trabalhar-se interiormente.

[Abstract] This article is based on the presentation made by the author at the round table aimed at promoting dialogues on the Environmental Education Congresses of Lusophone Countries and Galicia, held during the II International Environmental Education Days of the Centro de ExtensiónUniversitaria e Divulgación Ambiental de Galicia - CEIDA , in April 2018, at the Santa Cruz de Liáns Castle, Oleiros, A Coruña. Starting from an analytical reading of the set of Congresses and the dialogical processes of articulation of events and the search for the strengthening of environmental education (EA) carried out in the eight Portuguese-speaking countries (Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé and Príncipe, East Timor) and in the Autonomous Community of Galicia / Spain, seeks to put together arguments that justify the formulation and implementation of tuned public policies and that provide synergy in carrying out the mission of the entire educational and environmental process - the improvement of existential conditions for humans and non-humans of this and future generations. Centrally seeks to present a prospective understanding of the potential of the Portuguese-Galician EA to face the current state of socio-environmental and human degradation present throughout the Planet, emphasizing the importance of a linguistic community present on four continents and with strong cultural ties, to give examples of cooperation in diversity for a split humanity. To unite activists and intellectuals from the socio-environmental field, from different local, national and international contexts, in processes of cooperation and rebellion in relation to the sources of degradation, aiming to strengthen movements in defense of life and solidarity through acting and thinking locally and globally and working inwardly.
