Estimación de la sobrecarga de tabiquería en estructuras de edificación residencial

Abstract

[Resumen] El estudio aquí esbozado pretende abordar la problemática de la estimación de acciones gravitatorias derivadas de la tabiquería en el ámbito de la edificación residencial. En su desarrollo se han contemplado las indicaciones de diversas normas, y se han considerado las especificaciones técnicas de un amplio espectro de soluciones constructivas relativas a paramentos verticales simples y compuestos. Con una base estadística, elaborada sobre un extenso conjunto de proyectos construidos, se avanzan posibles valores característicos, tanto para la densidad de divisiones interiores como para la consideración de las mismas mediante cargas equivalentes con distribución superficial uniforme. Por último, se exponen propuestas con relación a la modelización de tales acciones, en particular de cara a su incorporación bajo aplicaciones informáticas de cálculo; con el fin de sistematizar su definición y adecuar la interpretación de los oportunos resultados al comportamiento real del sistema estructural objeto de cálculo.

[Abstract] The purpose of this study is to treat the problem of the estimate of gravitational actions derived from the partition set in the field of residential building. In its development there have been taken into consideration diverse regulations as well the technical specifications of a wide spectrum of constructive solutions concerning the simple and compound vertical faces. With a statistical basis that extends over a large set of constructed projects, possible characteristic values are put forward for both the density of interior divisions and the consideration of it by means of equivalent loads with uniform superficial distribution. Finally, proposals are presented in relation with the modelling of such actions, in particular, from the point of view of its incorporation under the computerized applications of calculus, with the purpose of systematizing its definition and adapting the interpretation of the appropriate results to the real behaviour of the structural system object of calculation.
